How To Send Inclusions - Memorial Jewellery & Keepsakes

  • We only need a small amount to work with, for ashes a teaspoon is enough for up to 5 jewellery pieces.

  • We recommend putting these in a ziplock bag, and using a permanent marker, write your full name and order number on the front of the bag

  • Place the zip lock bag and also your printed order confirmation details in a waterproof bubble mailer

  • If you have any requirements or notes to add please write these on your printed confirmation email, we do not have access to messages or emails when we are creating, these need to be hand written/printed instructions.

  • Take these to the post office and post TRACKED to the address which is on your confirmation email

  • If buying postage online you can use our email address "orphictreasures@gmail.com" so we can receive tracking updates

  • If you have no access to a printer please write on a piece of paper your full name, order number and any instructions to the artist to go with your inclusions


By sending your inclusions you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:


  • Inclusions must be sent tracked and monitored by the sender, Orphic Treasures cannot be held responsible for any inclusions lost in transit by third party mail companies

  • By placing your order you are responsible for measuring your jewellery size and ensuring you have ordered the correct size, once your order is placed your jewellery is ordered from our supplier 48 hours after we have received your order, after this time sizes cannot be changed

  • Cancellations are not accepted after 48 hours

  • Inclusions must be sent within 2 weeks of placing your order

  • Our processing times for memorial jewellery is 3-4 weeks, some designs may take longer than this. Custom designs and made to order gold can take up to 8 weeks. Processing time starts from receipt of your inclusions.

  • Our turnaround for memorial keepsakes is up to 6 weeks. Processing time starts from receipt of your inclusions.

  • Lighter hair such as grey, blonde and also lighter horse hairs may become transparent in resin, a hidden inclusion is advised for these colours

  • Please note darker hair colours may not show well against darker background colours, if you are unsure of the best colour choice please get in touch with a member of the team to discuss

  • We mainly blend ash inclusions with our opals so they are not immediately prominent, if you would like a more defined finish with clearly visible ashes please make this note visible on your confirmation email when sending ashes to inform your artist.

  • If your jewellery is damaged accidently, we are not obliged to repair or refund the items, please do get in touch though as we will help where we can.

  • Jewellery comes with no warranty, care cards are sent with each order to ensure you are able to properly clean and care for your items,

  • All our jewellery is designed for occasional wear

  • Due to items being custom made with your sent inclusions, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges.

  • Colours may differ from phone screens and computer screens to real life however all photos are taken in natural light and are not edited to ensure they are an accurate example.
